Herneshia Dukes is a dedicated educator committed to creating equitable, transformative learning experiences for students and leaders. She is the national director of Greenhouse E3, a nonprofit offering executive coaching and development for CEOs of major charter education networks. In 2019, she launched her education consulting firm, serving as lead strategist and executive coach, partnering with numerous nonprofits, districts, and charter leaders to enhance team effectiveness and student outcomes.

Previously, Herneshia was the executive director of school leadership for New Orleans, overseeing principal development programs citywide. She also served as a school leader and managing director of schools, earning public recognition for exceptional performance from the Orleans Parish School Board and the state of Louisiana.

Herneshia is passionate about FSU. She has served as president of the Young Alumni Network (2017-21), a Speaker’s Bureau member, a TEDxFSU speaker, a Student Alumni Association panel moderator, and an undergraduate mentor. In 2015, she received the Reubin O’D. Askew Young Alumni Award. Herneshia is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and a mother of three energetic children.
